While Synergy was rapidly progressing and turning itself into an integrated marketing and communications group, the management was also focused on introducing proper systems and policies within the agency. As the agency acquired more and more prestigious clients to its portfolio, it became important to not lose sight of the objective and vision on which it was actually conceived. To preserve the true culture of Synergy and to transfer it to the other two branches, a Synergy Manual was produced within the agency. The manual was designed and executed by the Managing Director himself and is an extension of his vision to create synergy within his organization.

The employees at Synergy are the most important assets of the agency. New talent has always been given a chance and we can proudly claim that most of our employees did not come to us armed with a degree but only with a passion to learn and to excel. Due to a lack of proper degrees in the advertising field, most of the employees were trained on the job and are now counted as star performers in their chosen fields.

Brandsynario.com is another in a long line of innovative products that Synergy has launched. Before 2006, there was no digital platform for marketing, media and advertising to showcase their achievements and to attract the student segment to join the advertising field as their profession. It’s the first and only advertising portal in the country and was developed to promote the local advertising industry by making it the kind of platform that will bring together the leading agencies of Pakistan on a single forum and present in-depth analysis of the local and international marketing challenges by engaging the top industry experts.

Synergyzer, a bi-monthly advertising magazine, is Synergy’s contribution to the advertising industry. Synergyzer is the voice of marketers and advertising professionals. Its success has been unprecedented and was even awarded “Best Creative Idea” by a local body.
