Challenges:
· New car owners have failed to get their vehicles registered with the Excise & Taxation department
· The department wanted to launch an aggressive campaign against such offenders
· To create awareness and warn the vehicle owners to get their cars registered and pay the motor vehicle tax on time
· Informing the property holders to pay the property tax to avoid penalty

Solutions:
1. The agency decided to create a series of ads using direct visuals with creative captions to educate and warn the target audience at the same time
Results:
The results were dynamic. We had successfully launched the campaigns resulting
in positive feedback from the concerned departments with new registrations and car and property owners flocking to pay their taxes.
